How to post a multi-day absence

Below is a video on how to post a multi-day absence:

1. Navigate Jobs > Post Job.

2. Select the type of Absence, Employee, and Job Classification then click Next.

3. Select  Single Day or Multi Day, Job Date, Schedule, Job Reason and Job Position. The Room and Report To fields are optional then click Next.

4. Choose the Substitute Configuration then click Next.

5. Add any notes/attachments for substitutes or administration then click Next.

6. Review and click Post Job.

FOR MULTI-DAY ABSENCES WITH DIFFERENT SCHEDULES

Follow the steps above, press the + to add a new Itinerary.
